Complaints
If you notice that the product is defective or you are not satisfied with the first use, please follow the steps below:

You will receive a confirmation of receipt of the complaint, and based on the description, you will be told whether the product can be replaced or refunded.
If replacement or refund is possible, return the advertised product in agreement with webshop sales.
Upon receipt of the product, you will be notified of a refund or replacement product within 2-3 days, and no later than 15 days. Otherwise, contact us by phone at +387 63 14 14 14 or by e-mail at japodskiotoci@gmail.com. We refund the money to a giro account.
