Shipping and delivery

Delivery is by courier service. Euroexpress doo Your shipment is insured against loss during delivery. 

Delivery terms

Delivery is made to the entrance of the residential building. If it is a residential building, the delivery person is not obliged to carry the goods to the floor where the customer is located, but to the entrance of the building.

Shipping price list

The buyer pays for delivery upon collection based on a separate item on the invoice or a separate bill. Delivery costs are charged in the amount of 10.00 KM.
In case of replacement of the ordered item, the Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the item and resending the replacement item.
In the case of a refund, Srce prirode doo refunds the amount of the ordered item, while the customer is responsible for the delivery costs.

Other delivery terms

The products will be packaged in such a way that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. The buyer is obliged to check for any damage upon receipt of the product and immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or refuse to accept a shipment with visible external damage.

The buyer is obliged to sign the delivery note when taking over the goods, and the Deliveryman takes it as a confirmation of taking over.

If you notice damage on the goods when collected by express mail, you need to do the following:

If the damage was noticed immediately after receiving the shipment:

Make a record in the presence of the courier, which will be signed by both parties. Also attach photos of the damaged device.

If the damage is noticed later:

You have the right to report damage within 24 hours. You must contact Srce prirode doo in writing and provide proof that the shipment was not damaged from the moment of receipt until the moment of reporting the damage.

Before returning, inform Srce prirode doo, and send damaged goods exclusively EUROEXPRESS express mail. In case of sending by other mail, the return will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. The devices must be adequately packaged and protected from additional damage. The return of inadequately packaged goods will not be accepted.

Delivery time

Shipments are delivered no later than 5 working days from the moment of order confirmation.

Complaints and returns of goods

If you notice that the product is defective or you are not satisfied with the first use, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send information with your order number, account number or username and a description of the complaint by email to japodskiotoci@gmail.com or by phone at +387 63 14 14 14.

  2. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of the complaint, and based on the description, you will be told whether the product can be replaced or refunded.

  3. If replacement or refund is possible, return the advertised product in agreement with webshop sales.

  4. Upon receipt of the product, you will be notified of a refund or replacement product within 2-3 days, and no later than 15 days. Otherwise, contact us by phone at +387 63 14 14 14 or by e-mail at japodskiotoci@gmail.com. We refund the money to a giro account.

If the item you purchased does not suit you, you can file a complaint in accordance with Article 47 of the Law on Consumer Protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina within a period not exceeding 15 days. All complaints received after the expiry of the 15-day period will not be taken into account. After the complaint is approved, the courier service will pick up the item in question from the buyer's address. In order to exercise the right to a complaint, the item being picked up must be undamaged together with the original packaging and all accompanying documentation with which it was delivered, including the fiscal invoice and warranty card.

If during the delivery of the item to your address you notice damage to the item or its packaging, we would ask you not to pick it up, and to contact us immediately so that we can send a new shipment to your address as soon as possible.

In the event that you are granted a refund/exchange for a new item, the courier service will collect the advertised item from your address and return it to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the item in our warehouse, we will send you a notification about the refund or delivery of the new item. The refund will be made within 7 days, and the delivery of the replacement item within a period not exceeding 15 days. We make the refund to a bank account.
