How to book accommodation or a package?
All reservations and payments go through our booking platform booking.japodskiotoci.ba. If you get stuck or prefer an alternative method, write to us on WhatsApp and we'll solve it quickly and personally.
What are the cancellation rules?
If you cancel at least 14 days before arrival, we refund the advance payment. After that, the reservation remains tied to the date and no refund is possible.
Is there an entrance fee for the complex?
For daily visits, entrance is seasonally charged from May to October (3 KM). Accommodation and package guests do not pay entrance fees – because you are already 'ours'.
Check-in and check-out times?
Your adventure begins with check-in from 14:00h, so we can prepare your unit in detail. Check-out is until 11:00h, giving you enough time for a relaxed breakfast by the river before departure.
Are you pet-friendly?
Yes, we are — pets are welcome with prior notice, so we can assign you the best option and ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
