Although only 13 km away (a short 15-minute drive), we highly recommend this route as a cycling adventure from Japodski otoci.
A gentle 40-minute ride takes you past the emerald Una river, the lovely Ripač waterfalls, and the village of Dobrenica, leading you straight to Sokolac. Cycling allows you to truly absorb the beauty of the landscape that rushes by too fast in a car.
Practical Tip: The Adventure Continues to Bihać
If you've cycled to Sokolac, don't turn back! The city of Bihać is just 4 km further down.
Take the "Debeljača" trim trail, a pedestrian and cycling path that leads directly into the city center through a peaceful forest. It's a whole new perspective on the journey.
