Booking Payment & Free Cancellation
To confirm your reservation, only the first night of your stay is charged. You can cancel or modify your reservation completely free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. In this case, we will refund the paid amount in full.
Deadline: Up to 14 days before arrival
Late Cancellation & No-Show
In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival, or in case of a guest No-Show, we reserve the amount of the first night and the paid amount is non-refundable.
Deadline: Less than 14 days
Refund Note
Refunds are processed in the same way the payment was made. Depending on the bank, the refund process may take up to 15 working days.
