Termination Conditions
Free Cancellation
You can cancel or modify your reservation completely free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. In this case, we will refund your advance payment in full.
Late Cancellation
For cancellations within the period of 14 days to 48 hours (2 days) before arrival, the amount of the first night will be charged. The remainder of the paid amount (if any) will be refunded.
Very Late Cancellation & No-Show
In case of cancellation within 48 hours (2 days) before arrival, or in case of a guest No-Show without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total reservation amount.
Refund Note
Refunds are processed in the same way the payment was made. Depending on the bank, the refund process may take up to 15 working days.
