1. Introduction & Merchant Data
These Terms govern the relationship between the guest and the accommodation service provider.

2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in is possible after 15:00 on the day of arrival.
- Check-out is required by 11:00 on the day of departure.
- Children aged 12 and above are considered adults and charged full price.
3. Payment & Reservation Conditions
A valid credit card or advance payment is required to confirm the reservation. The final settlement of services takes place at the reception before departure. Prices are expressed in BAM (KM) and include applicable taxes.
4. Cancellation & Modification Policy
To confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 50% of the total accommodation price is charged (by card) at the time of booking. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival.
Cancellation or modification at least 14 days before the arrival date: the paid advance is refunded, minus bank/card processing fees (payment processor fees), which are borne by the user.
Cancellation within 14 days before the arrival date or guest no-show: the advance payment is non-refundable and retained in full.
5. Complaints
In accordance with legal regulations, the guest has the right to file a written complaint regarding the provided service. Complaints can be sent to email: uprava@japodskiotoci.ba.
